Sig Gate Bug (it also goes through when it suppose to block it)

hello

during testing a new feature in my trigger reverb (a feature that turns out i dont need coz the reason i wanted it is the volume difference bug i posted in another post about reverb) Reverb adds volume with 0 mix level

i found out it was triggering the envelope no matter what i do because the signal gets throught the sig gates when they are closed

below a short unlisted video where you can see that the audio threshold is always triggered even tho i have it turned off

@MarioNietoWorld

I was trying to see if there is anything going on since i use a lot of these without an issue but the gate out signals toggle’s a value of -0.000 to 0.000

But the two independent sine oscillators give you an equal tempo in switching these zero line values.

debug_siggate.mnprt (10.6 KB)

perhaps it does block audio but silently lets through data/cv

edit remark on danny: and any change even from -0 to 0 is probably still a trigger

Yeah i think the CV value is rounded with 3 zero’s after the decimal and perhaps the real float value is somewhere at -0.00000001. something like that.

Fixed since v1.09 :heart:

trigger reverb its trigger part fully works now
