Help with disparate node behavior

I’m putting together a patch to allow sequencers to play one behind the other using a supervisory control scheme (yes, I realize the timing needs work as the slider sequencers are wrapping back to the 1st step very quickly before the next sequencer in line starts). But my question is why aren’t the toggle sequencers running like the slider sequencers are. The two types of sequencers are wired up the same way (I think) but they don’t behave the same way. File is attached. Thanks in advance for your insight.

I have downloaded your project, and i tried a few things and i still cant find a reason why it doesn’t work. i can get it to work, not reliable enough. but i am still processing my thoughts about it. a CV value send of wire of 0.000 or 1.000 does not work but when i set it manually with CV Value node it did worked and now it doesn’t.

Now a 0.000 on that Play connection does make Play also stop. Visually i wont expect that behavior seems it looks like a trigger to play function.

So i think it’s a bug, but i am still figuring out why or what is the cause of it. I am always like “Its a bug?” but how to reproduce it or how to define it. what are the reasons.

Added:

Gonna report this as a bug, i cant reproduce the different behavior with the cv value input from 0.000 to 1.000. it does not want to start to play. I can’t see a reason with the help documentation and the allowed input types why this does not work.

Has been fixed with v1.04
