ive tried all options and combinations with the buffer it will be less on a fixed size buffer but stil there

haha i just realized that yesterday i was testing on a no sound producing test gui and i restarted my pc like 5 times trying to get rid of this distortion i kept hearing now and then
here you go a functional auto gain correction eq example kept simple on purpose to share with the community because i feel i ow it to mario and you after all my meter requests i also had to make it happen
so why do i use smoothing combined with corrections per second?
if you have a difference of +7.5 db and corrections set to 3 and smooting to 1000ms it will step it down in 3 steps during a second that is if meanwhile the input does not go down again on its own. it basicly is a catch for big jumps so you can step it down or up and control the allowed volume change over time because often it wont actualy go that far due to the input already changing to the other direction again.
