This Widget would have many uses including Cycling thru Samples, DJ Cueing/Scratching Scrubbing for a Mixer Tracks inside a DAW, Tape Scrubbing for a Virtual Tape Machine Scratching/Cueing for a Virtual Record Player …The 2 Components are The wave Form Window and a way to Scrub thru the Waveform with a Controller of Some sort either a Fader or Big Round Nob or Jump Buttons for Saved Cue Points …So Its .WAV, MP3 Player With a Visualiser Stereo/Mono With a Slider and as many save Cue Points that you need 8 16 32,… maybe its an add-on for the Audio Player, it could be used as a Slicer assigned to Buttons/Notes or Sequencer Triggered ,…Alot of Potential uses With this added one could Build a Working Virtual CDJ a la Pioneer Style,…It would need A Reverse Playback Switch as well and the option to Loop the Cue Points and change the play back rates 16,8 4 2 1 Half Quarter Eight 16Th etc Speeds This Visuliser could Be Waveform DATA ,A picture of Moving Tape Reels a Record Moving on a Platter or Whatever you wanted to represent Motion it could even be an Hour Glass,… and the Jog Scrubber Moves The Reels and scrubs thru the Wave form in Sync so you get your Motion Hit,… I guess Im choosing Familiar Icons that every one can relate to thru our Culture, So yes its a Feature Request for Working Visualiser Virtual Machines,… Im not a the level to Source these Yet, or build them from scratch,.. but I feel more Confidant to Build a Working Virtual Player of some kind If the Components to Build it were there as a Visual Node I mean if You can Build Synth and Fx Plugins Why not Virtual Audio Machines as well and There are some Tape Fx Nodes I noticed to that could be used if required and you Could even Build a New Hybrid Recorder That Shows Both Reels and Waveform underneath the Reels,… That would be a First and fun to Design,… Oh and we Need the Tape Transport Number Clock thing that shows Elapsed Time That Tape Machines Have ,… so this ended up as a few Feature Requests but they High lite the Visual aspects and Audio aspects in MNodes and show a Practical Synthases of the 2 Streams…
